Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every order from Shuffle It. Please read the policy below before purchasing or requesting a return.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Items must be in their original, unopened condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived faulty.

How to request a return

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos (if the item is damaged or defective):

Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund โ€” whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective: opened card game decks and booster packs, items on clearance/final sale, and gift cards.
