Eligible Reasons for Return

You received a damaged or defective product, an incorrect item, or the product is significantly different from the description.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. All original components must be included. Clear photos or video evidence of the issue are required.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, return shipping is free. We will arrange pickup or provide a return label.

Non-Returnable Situations

Change of mind, minor packaging damage not affecting the product, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, or requests made after 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
